The trip that started Velero Santa Marta: a full day sailing Tayrona National Park aboard the Artivela, guided by Captain Luis and his lifelong crew. Shared, priced per person.
The experience
Most people visit Tayrona by speedboat. Here you live it differently: under sail, unhurried, feeling the sea. The Artivela is a 56ft Cooper Maple Leaf with two circumnavigations under her keel, and on board is Captain Luis with the crew that has sailed these waters since 2017. We set off from the Marina, sail toward Tayrona National Park and anchor off a beach to swim, snorkel and have lunch on board. We were the first to offer this in Santa Marta — and we're still the original.
